    Building and infrastructure thermography applies infrared imaging to evaluate the thermal performance of structures and building systems. Thermography is commonly used to identify temperature patterns associated with heat loss, insulation performance, air leakage, moisture intrusion, and roof or solar panel anomalies.

    At the Level I scope, the thermographer’s role is to collect accurate thermal data, recognize abnormal thermal patterns, and document conditions and limitations.
