    Securing and maintaining funding is critical to the success of early childhood programs. Administrators must explore a variety of funding sources while planning for both start-up and ongoing program needs, recognizing that financial stability requires thoughtful and ongoing effort. This includes understanding how tuition, grants, community resources, and partnerships work together to support daily operations and long-term growth. Relying on a single funding source can be risky, so administrators must plan strategically and remain flexible as needs change. In addition to securing funds, they are responsible for managing resources wisely and ensuring transparency and accountability. This chapter examines strategies for funding programs, maintaining financial stability, and responsibly managing resources over time.
