Facilitating a program in the style of the Departmental and Leadership Teams for Action (DeLTA) project will require some form of information management for materials such as schedules, presentation slides, handouts, participants’ work, and more. We initially housed our materials within UGA’s online learning management system, but over time this method became more of a hassle than a benefit. As a result, we decided to look for an Open Education Resource (OER) to better fit our information management needs and chose LibreTexts as our information hub. We created one LibreTexts book specifically for DeLTA members to access during and after their participation in the project (the DeLTA Teaching Evaluation Learning Community) and another for facilitators of the DeLTA program (DeLTA Teaching Evaluation Facilitator Guide, which is the guide you are reading now). This page contains short videos on how to create your own LibreTexts project, should you decide to use LibreTexts as your information management method. These videos show the basics of creating a project, creating chapters and pages, and editing pages. You can reference the LibreTexts Construction Guide or the LibreTexts YouTube channel for guides on how to navigate the more advanced functions of the LibreTexts system.
