    Mallory Gorder is a sales manager for Marriott International’s Multi-Hotel Sales division. She obtained her Master’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Purdue University in Spring 2020. She also attended Westmont College where she earned a B.A. in Religious Studies and Sociology.

    Her vocational experience ranges across several disciplines and sectors. Finding her true passion, working with people, the hospitality industry has become her focus. She enjoys creating memorable experiences for customers and promoting a highly engaged workplace for employees.

    She has enthusiasm for maximizing efficiency, fostering an engaged workforce, and finding new opportunities to thrive. Her research interests include employee engagement and retention, ethics, and leadership.
