Dear Team,
As we prepare for a significant organizational expansion, our department is entering a critical transition period. Over the next six months, the IT division will grow from a staff of 36 to more than 170 team members. During this interim, however, our current capacity is fully consumed by maintaining legacy systems and ongoing support operations.
As a result, we are unable to allocate internal resources to advance the Reckon project—a strategic initiative that is central to C-Bay Inc.'s growth trajectory. While the Reckon Project Plan (attached) includes timelines and cost estimates for internal execution, the project has already experienced delays due to competing business priorities. To mitigate future setbacks, I would like to explore strategic outsourcing as a means to accelerate delivery and ensure the highest possible quality. Outsourcing could allow us to:
- Access specialized expertise not currently available in-house
- Compress development timelines
- Retain internal focus on mission-critical system support
