What You Will Submit
This section outlines exactly what your team is expected to submit at the end of this milestone. Your submissions should reflect the quality and professionalism expected in a real consulting or internal planning environment. These documents are not theoretical—they are designed to support actual implementation planning.
A. Required Deliverables
You must submit all of the following:

📄 Project Charter
A leadership-facing document that defines the project’s purpose, boundaries, stakeholders, constraints, and success criteria.

📄 Executive Summary
A clear, polished summary that introduces the entire initiative in one page. It should be readable on its own, even without access to the full plan.

📄 Project Definition and Approach
This is the core of your submission and should include:-
Scope of the planning work

Project approach and team structure

Milestones and deliverables

B. Optional / Recommended Deliverables
If your team has the capacity and time, these optional additions can elevate your submission and help demonstrate depth of thought:

A peer feedback summary or short team reflection memo on process and collaboration
C. File Format and Naming Conventions
Submit all files in either Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF (.pdf) format. Do not use Google Docs, Pages, or other formats.
All filenames should follow this format:
CBay_<DeliverableName>_TeamX.docx
Where <DeliverableName> is one of: ProjectCharter, ExecutiveSummary, or ProjectDefinition, and TeamX is your assigned team identifier (e.g., TeamA, TeamB, etc.).
D. Where and How to Submit
All deliverables should be submitted via your course’s assigned portal or shared workspace, as directed by your instructor.
