    You’ve now delivered a fully scoped, resourced, and costed plan for how C-Bay can launch and scale its new franchise initiative. Along the way, your team had to ask hard questions, assign real numbers to abstract ideas, and make strategic trade-offs under simulated pressure.

    This is a moment to reflect. Your ability to understand not just what you did, but how you did it, is what separates task completion from leadership development.

    What surprised me during the cost estimation or budgeting process?
    Did anything cost more or less than expected? Did the act of assigning dollar values change how you viewed the project?

    What project management technique or tool felt most natural for me?
