We are now at Week 0 of execution for the NovaMed Software Platform, and development is officially beginning with our outsourced partner, WinSoft Systems. 🎯 Your Objectives:
You will begin receiving a series of execution-phase documents, emails, and performance reports. Each one will simulate the challenges that arise during live development—including missed deliverables, budget fluctuations, stakeholder escalations, and team confusion.
Your role is to:

You’ll start with a baseline status at Week 0, then receive staged inputs over the coming “weeks” to simulate a fast-paced project environment. Expect 6–8 scenario memos and performance snapshots as the project unfolds.
Your deliverables for each scenario will include:
