    Before You Submit Your Closeout Package, Review This Checklist Carefully

    Your Chapter 6 deliverables complete the NovaMed Project Closeout based only on the first six weeks of execution. The quality of your closeout package depends not only on what you include, but on how well you assemble, justify, and organize your materials.

    Use this checklist to ensure that your final submission is complete, coherent, and professional.

    ✅ A. Required Deliverables (Must Submit All)

    1. Partial Acceptance Matrix

    Your matrix must include:

    • Milestones (Release 1–4 + Final Acceptance)

    • SOW due dates (for context)

    • Delivery status at Week 6

    • Acceptance status (Accept / Conditional / Reject / Cannot Evaluate)

    • Notes referencing SOW, SRS, HLDD, or memos

    Includes:

    Includes disposition: Fix Now / Defer / Reject / Needs Clarification.
