    Implicit Bias  - (10, 12)

    • Also called Unconscious Bias. Implicit bias refers to the attitudes or stereotypes that affect our understanding, actions and decisions in an unconscious manner. These biases are often unintentional, automatic, and can occur without an individual’s awareness. Implicit biases can be based on various factors such as race, gender, age, or other social categories. The offender may not purposely have the intention to offend.
