Soft skills are what we call the things we can do, or the personal traits we have, that an employer would like.
Soft skills include being: reliable, friendly, honest, enthusiastic, or a team player. Soft skills employers like to see in people they hire also include good communication skills, ability to follow directions, work on your own or multi-task and be able to resolve conflicts with people.
We all have some of these skills that we use in our daily life. We use these soft skills at school, in our community, within our family and at work.
