Colleen Nanno

Colleen Nanno CCE, CWPC, MHA

Chef Colleen Nanno has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, a Master’s Degree in Hospitality Administration from University of Nevada, Las Vegas and an Associates of Science in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. As a member of the American Culinary Federation, Chef Nanno holds both the Certified Culinary Educator and Certified Working Pastry Chef Certifications, respectively. Currently, she is the Culinary Arts Program Director at Pasadena City College. She participates annually as a Culinary Judge for the California Prostart Cup Competition. Chef Nanno is a firm believer that the heartbeat of the Hospitality Industry is the people, and she is truly honored to be a part of the driving force that nurtures, builds and equips each individual for success.
