Kevin Anthony is a professor at College of the Canyons and serves as department chair for the Hotel Restaurant Management program. He has served as a Study Abroad Program Director and Instructor. Kevin has developed, directed, and instructed tourism courses in Italy, Argentina, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama. Prior to teaching at COC, Kevin taught at UCLA Extension and Loyola Marymount extension. He also founded a job training and placement service for low-income, welfare recipients, and homeless individuals. Kevin attended Loyola Marymount University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and was the recipient of the Loyola Marymount Alumnae of the Year Award in 1989.
