Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet program. Spreadsheets are used to create grids of texts, numbers, and formulas to complete calculations and display information in an organized manner. Microsoft Excel is frequently used for budgeting and accounting, as well as to create charts and visuals based upon numbers and other calculations. Excel is a powerful product that once the user can understand its navigation, can become incredibly useful and easy to use.
