    1. What are the key differences between fixed versus growth mindsets? When you are reading your real estate textbook, which mindset do you think you have? What about when an emotional life event challenges you?
    2. What are some tools that can be utilized to foster a more positive mindset? Name one that you plan to implement, and explain how you will start.
    3. What are SMART goals? Provide an example of an academic or professional SMART goal that you’ve set for yourself.
