By the successful completion of this module, students will be able to:
- understand the concept of career leadership.
- identify key attributes that define effective leadership.
- recognize the distinction between leaders and managers.
- explore the five styles of leadership.
- gain insight into the significance of real estate career legacies.
Introduction
In the world of real estate, leadership is significant for numerous reasons. Effective leaders successfully define values, create a team’s culture, and inspire and motivate others to meet an overall objective. Great leaders bring out the best in others. Often, a strong real estate leader can be identified by their team's performance. For example, a top producing real estate sales team may be reflective of their team leader’s coaching and training.
"Widen the path of opportunities and continue to leave a powerful and positive legacy in this world." — Luis Fonsi

"Remember that you are creative beings and you can create your own terms, own business, own positions. Believe in yourself and find your tribe, a group of women that will inspire, empower and make you the best version of yourself. There are many of us out here standing with you!" — Carmen Perez
