    Definitions

    Authenticity

    The quality of being genuine to oneself, which is essential for effective leadership.

    Compassionate

    Showing concern for others' well-being and being willing to help where possible, a crucial trait for leaders.

    Diligence

    Persistent and hardworking behavior, necessary for achieving success as a leader.

    Emotional Intelligence (EQ)

    The ability to understand and manage one’s emotions in positive ways to communicate effectively in a business environment. Also known as Emotional Quotient (EQ).

    Empathy

    The ability to understand and share the feelings of others, facilitating strong relationships and effective leadership.

    Enthusiasm

    Intense excitement and passion for one's work or field, which inspires others and drives success.

    Flexibility

    The capacity to adapt and adjust to changing circumstances, essential for effective leadership in dynamic environments.

    Initiative

    Taking action independently and recognizing what needs to be done without being directed by others, a key characteristic of effective leaders.

    Integrity

    The quality of being honest, ethical, and morally upright, a fundamental trait for trustworthy leadership.

    Leadership

    The ability to inspire, motivate, and guide others toward achieving shared goals or objectives.

    Legacy

    The lasting impact and influence that a person leaves behind, often through their actions, values, and accomplishments.

    Manager

    Someone who leads and directs a group of people toward achieving specific goals or tasks.

    Mentorship

    The guidance and support provided by a more experienced or knowledgeable individual to help develop the skills and abilities of another person.

    Passion

    Strong enthusiasm and fervor for one's work or endeavors, which fuels motivation and inspires others.

    Perseverance

    Continued effort and determination in the face of challenges or obstacles, crucial for achieving long-term goals.

    Relationship Cultivation

    The process of nurturing and developing strong connections with others, vital for effective leadership and collaboration.

    Responsibility

    Being accountable for one's actions and decisions, a fundamental trait for effective leadership.

    Self-directed

    Having the drive and motivation to accomplish tasks without being directed by external authority, a trait of proactive leaders.

    Strategic

    Relating to the development and implementation of long-term plans and goals to achieve desired outcomes.

    Time Management

    The ability to effectively prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and schedule activities to maximize productivity and efficiency.

    Visionary

    Having a clear and inspiring vision of the future, essential for guiding and motivating others toward a common goal.
